WHY IS ANJOBS DIFFERENT?
ANJobs is specifically tailored for small businesses. What does that mean? It means that we have built a platform that truly addresses the pain points that many small businesses face when posting jobs online.
First of all, we wanted to make it affordable. A lot of the “pay to post” models out there will charge $100s of dollars for a single 30 day posting. That is just not feasible for most small businesses.
On top of charging outrageous rates, they are also risky. You pay to post a job with no guaranteed results. We don’t agree with just taking your hard earned money. That’s why if you post a job with ANJobs – we will refund you if you don’t receive any applicants.
What about features? Well, our job board has many of the same premium features as other job boards. We have advanced search features, an intelligent and user friendly dashboard to manage your applicants and jobs, and much more.
Lastly, we provide you with 1 on 1 support the entire way through. We are a small company as well – we understand that sometimes you just need a little help. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A JOB POSTING?
This one is kind of up to you. It can take minutes or it can take a bit longer. It depends on how detailed your posting is. The more detail the better when it comes to hiring quality candidates.
WHAT EMPLOYMENT TYPES CAN I HIRE FOR?
When you fill out your job posting you will select from a variety of different employment. We allow you to post a job to hire Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote, Freelance, Contract, Volunteers, Interns and more!
HOW DO CANDIDATES FIND MY POSTING?
Great question! We have many different ways for candidates to view your posting. When you post – your job will be sent out to multiple job boards, social media, and through email alerts to candidates that have uploaded their resume on our site and match your requirements. Additionally, our in-house team will conduct an internal search to find and invite candidates to your job posting. Kind of like recruiters or an agency…without the commission fee cost to you!
